Nursery Manager

Bella is a qualified teacher and Level 3 Forest School trained. She has a background in Early Years, primary education, and leading forest school provisions. She has a strong love of the outdoors often spending her weekends windsurfing or paddle boarding.

Deputy Nursery Manager

Sara has a PGCE Early Years Teaching qualification and a level 3 in Art & Design, with extensive experience in Early Years settings including her time working as a Deputy Head and Preschool class teacher.

Lead Educator

Phil has worked both in outdoor nurseries and Primary Schools as a manager and teacher. He is a trained Qualified Teacher and Forest School Leader. His favourite activities to do with children are risky play and reading.

Camp Lead

Greg is an experienced outdoor educator having previously lead his own bush and home school groups on the East Coast of Australia. He loves being outside and the freedom it allows to be creative.

Camp Lead

Emilee is level 3 qualified with a diploma in Early Years and a BA in Film & Moving Image Production. She has experience working as a Nursery Room Lead and in children’s dance camps.

Floating Camp Lead

Miriam is currently completing her level 3 Early Years qualification and has an MA in Acting. With experience working in nurseries and as a Head of Drama she loves supporting the children to learn and be creative.

SENCO & Lead Educator

Catherine is a qualified teacher and has taught in primary school specialising in KS2. She has also worked in a University setting as a Programme Manager.

Anna is a qualified teacher and has many years of teaching experience at primary school. She is also a qualified forest school leader.

John is a dancing and movement expert and has an MA in Contemporary Dance. He has also worked in teaching assistant roles. He’s currently undergoing his early years lvl 3 qualification.

Vikki is passionate about the outdoors and working with children. She has spent the last 20 years as a writer exploring the world sharing about destinations and events.

Paige has previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner and babysitter and is passionate about creating a supportive environment that encourages growth.

Nursery Manager

Krissy has worked in Early Years for 15 years and has a BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies. She is passionate about children getting a healthy start to life in the outdoors and loves to inspire children to get creative.

Deputy Nursery Manager

Scott is our Deputy Manager and has 8 years of Early Years experience, he is also level 3 qualified. He was a Cub Scout leader for 16 years and loves nature, fresh air and not being confined to four walls!

Lizzie has a Bachelor’s in Primary Education and experience in nursery leadership. She believes all children should have the opportunity to play and learn outdoors.

Abi has a degree in psychology and creative writing and has worked as a teacher with SEN children supporting them with behaviour strategies. Abi loves reading, writing and imaginative play and doing these in the outdoors.

Gabbie has completed her Level 2 Diploma in Early Years. She has worked in nurseries and play centres with children. Her favourite activities to do with children include mud and water play as well as painting.

Natalia has a BSc in Psychology having previously worked as a teacher and at a farm school. She is passionate about the creativity that comes with working outdoors.

Charlotte has a Diploma in Midwifery and is a trained yoga teacher. She loves outdoor education and is passionate about the benefits for young children.

Catherine has previous experience working as an Au Pair and she has a Bachelors of Education and a Teach English Abroad qualification. She loves the feeling of peace and calmness she feels in nature.

Molly has previously worked as a classroom assistant and an Early Years Educator in a nursery, having studied performing arts. She loves embracing nature.

Kitchen Assistant

Rebecca has previously volunteered in schools across many age groups as well as working as a charity shop Manager. She is passionate about the positive impact outdoor education has on mental wellbeing.

Nursery Manager

Ellen is lvl 3 qualified with 8 years experience in Early Years managing a nursery and after-school club. She is passionate about creating fun, supportive spaces where children can thrive outdoors.

Camp Lead

Marcelo is undergoing his early years lvl 3. He has worked as a nursery room leader and as an English and guitar teacher in Brazil. He’s also a photography passionate.

Lead Educator

Matt has an Early Years lvl 6 and a Lvl 3 Forest School qualifications. He takes lead on our curriculum, preschoolers and assessments across camps. Matt has won Educator of the Year award in 2023.

Camp Lead (floating)

Miriam has an MA in acting and has worked as a drama teacher. She is a keen singer and she enjoys arts and crafts activities. She is inspired by the outdoors and in each individual nature of every child.

Lauren worked in a Forest School in Bristol while undergoing her lvl 3 degree and has experience as a carer. She believes in a child-led approach and decided to join us to grow her knowledge.

Leah worked as a Nanny whilst gaining her degree in Early Childhood Education. Her more recent roles have been as Lead Nursery Teacher in Brighton and as Nursery Counselor on cruise ships.

Rebecka’s time spent as a Nanny well equips her for life in the forest. The nursery reminds her of growing up in Sweden and she is passionate about children feeling safe to express themselves and learn through play.
