Save more money on your nursery fees
Workplace Nursery Benefit Scheme
We have partnered with two Workplace Benefit Schemes, “Enjoy Benefits” and “Yellow Nest”. These schemes work to help provide further savings for parents, employers and nurseries.
What is it?
Workplace Nursery Provision works by your employer contracting with a nursery for places for you to use.
If you are employed by a company or are an employee of your own business, this is a benefit the business can offer at no cost to the company
You save Tax and NI on your full nursery fees, allowing you, as a parent, to make thousands of pounds in savings
Your employer partners with the chosen nursery, providing them with additional funding
This works alongside other Government Funding and Tax-Free Childcare (TFC)
It enables employees who choose to use a nursery setting for the care of their child, to save money as a result of reduced tax and national insurance payments. This benefit can be used from birth up to the age of 5 (or when the child goes to school).
This benefit is a contracted partnership between your employer and a nursery. In order for you to access a workplace nursery place, your employer must partner with a chosen nursery. The cost of a workplace nursery place, includes all of the benefit administration costs.
This cost is recouped from your gross salary.
What savings can I make?
The Tax and NI savings are on the full amount of your nursery fees, savings of between 28% and 47% can be achieved
If for example your monthly nursery fees are £1,000, you can save around £4,150 per year as a higher rate tax payer and over £2,250 as a basic rate tax payer
We can provide this workplace nursery benefit to you even if you have Tax-Free Childcare (TFC)
